The Global Leadership Summit (GLS) Next Gen is designed to Awaken emerging leaders in their leadership, faith, and life journey. We want to Activate them to be a force for good in their world for Jesus and Connect them to a community of growth.

How do I get involved?
The GLS Next Gen global site is here primarily to support Regional Directors, Country Leaders, and Next Gen Leaders who are already connected to the GLN. As you empower the young leaders of your region/country, the Global Next Gen Team is here to support you every step of the way, with tools, resources, and coaching.
Getting started with GLS Next Gen
We are here to help and provide support to enable you to host an experience to serve Next Gen Leaders in your context. Here are five ways we can serve you to awaken, activate and connect the Next Generation in your context.

We also believe the right partnerships can help to make the Next Gen ministry in your region of the world sustainable. This can happen in a variety of ways.

Scripture says, that the prayer of the righteous man or woman is powerful and effective.
We invite you to join us and commit yourself in prayer for everything that involves the GLS Next Gen initiative around the world: leaders, students, countries, pastors, churches, organizations, projects, etc
Here is how it works: You choose a day of the month (3rd, 10th, 21st) you get it, and then commit to pray on that day! We will email out to everyone at the end of the month the prayer requests for that next month.
As part of our prayer community, you will also receive regular updates and stories about Next Gen, answers to your prayers!
