The flagship event that kicks off the GLS24 season takes place in August 2024 – and you have the opportunity to join The Global Leadership Summit live in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Every year, hundreds of delegates from across the world join thousands of American guests for the Main GLS event hosted at Willow Creek Church, South Barrington. And you can attend online or in-person.
Enjoy a time to network with other like-minded leaders as you receive insights from world-class faculty presenting fresh and actionable ideas to transform how you lead and increase your influence and impact.

From Wednesday, 7 August to Saturday, 10 August 2024, several events, experiences and engagement opportunities are scheduled. The draft schedule for this period is presented below (exact timings and finalized programme to follow). All events are for in-person attendees only.

The Global Leadership Summit 2024 (GLS24)

Taking place on Thursday, 8 August and Friday, 9 August 2024, leaders can expect to be inspired and equipped by the likes of previous faculty like Craig Groeschel, Erwin McManus, Amy Edmondson and Michael Jr., as well as other faculty that have been announced thus far, including Coach Michael Krzyzewski and Molly Fletcher.
Craig Groeschel

Erwin McManus
Founder, McManus Masterminds and The Art of Communication
Erwin McManus is an award-winning author and artist. His books have sold over one million copies and have been translated into more than a dozen languages. His creative genius has resulted in consulting work with organizations spanning from the NFL to the Pentagon. McManus has spent the last thirty years advising and coaching CEOs, professional athletes, celebrities, billion-dollar companies, universities, and world-leaders, and is passionate about helping people destroy their internal limitations and unlock their personal genius. A native of El Salvador, McManus is also recognized internationally of being the founder and lead pastor of Mosaic, a spiritual movement that has inspired millions across the globe. McManus coaches leaders, entrepreneurs, and communicators worldwide through McManus Mastermind as well as his groundbreaking work on The Seven Frequencies of Communication. Amy Edmondson
Professor, Harvard Business School; Best-Selling Author
Amy C. Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, supporting the study of human interactions that lead to the creation of successful enterprises that contribute to the betterment of society. Best known for her groundbreaking work on psychological safety in the workplace, Edmondson is the author of seven books, along with more than 150 articles and case studies. She has been ranked by the bi–annual Thinkers50 global list of top management thinkers since 2011, most recently #3, and selected in 2019 as the #1 most influential thinker in Human Resources by HR Magazine. Her new book, Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well, will be released in September 2023.
Michael Jr.
Comedic Thought Leader; Actor; Author
Known as one of today’s most gifted communicators, Michael Jr. brings laughter and encouragement to audiences all over the world. Using comedy and dynamic storytelling, he inspires audiences to discover and activate their purpose. This unique skill set has landed him on stages like The Tonight Show on NBC, TEDx talks, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. His mission to make laughter commonplace in uncommon places means that he also seeks opportunities to share his gift with those in homeless shelters and prisons. He has acted in movies such as War Room, Selfie Dad, Laughing on Purpose, and More Than Funny. He is the author of Funny How Life Works which gives a behind-the-scenes look at his life and career and encourages readers to strategically embrace each life event as a part of a setup, leading to their punchline.

Partner Gathering 2024 (PG24)
After the success of PG22 and PG23, our hope for PG24 is that our valued international guests and partners will be inspired by this half-day event, which would include the International Kick-Off Experience, two additional talks by international faculty, as well as a celebration of the GLN International initiatives and reach. PG24 is open to all partners, their guests, and international attendees. Aimed towards our goal of serving more pastors, churches and kingdom-minded leaders, the programming, content, and discussions will be planned to accommodate such. PG24 will take place on Wednesday, 7 August 2024.
International Summit Week Close-Out Experience
After the conclusion of GLS24, a closing networking and celebration experience will take place for all international guests as we reflect on an inspiring Summit Week. All international guests are welcome.

Your ticket includes:
- Access to PG24 and GLS24
- Lunch Wednesday through Friday

The cost for Summit Week online attendance, in US dollar, is:
- GLS24 only online: $179 (before 30 April 2024) and $229
after 1 May 2024
- REGISTRATION DEADLINES
- Any discount codes for the above are only valid until 30 April 2024 and MUST be used before this date. (Contact your Regional Director for more information).
- If registered before 30 April 2024, attendance for PG24 is included or subsidized.
- INTERPRETATION/TRANSLATION
- All content will be presented in English; however – live interpretation in Spanish and Portuguese will be available.
- The interpretation will take place through the LiveVoice app on the guest’s own mobile device

Frequently asked questions
My plans changed, or I didn't get my visa, and now I need to cancel my registration.
Ticket registrations can be cancelled and refunded (less a small administration fee) up to 30 June 2024. Please email intlreg@globalleadership.org with your confirmation number, registered email address and a brief explanation of why you must cancel.
I can't come anymore but want to transfer my ticket to someone else.
I don't speak English very well. Are interpretation services available?
Spanish and Portuguese soundtracks are also available on the online broadcast.
I am attending online. Will I have access to the Partner Gathering and other events as well?
Are there discounts, sponsorships or scholarships available?
Financial support or subsidies are only available for the Summit Ticket. Unfortunately, no funds are available for transport, accommodation or other travel-related expenses.
Most discounts expire by 31 March 2024. Please contact the GLN representative in your country or email your request to intlreg@globalleadership.org.
